Armed Forces Day - May 17, 2008
The USAG Humphreys Retiree Appreciation Day (RAD) turnout was moderately good with 34 attendees, including retirees and some family members. Mike Dobrzanski, a representative from the Defense Finance and Accounting Service, was there to speak to the attendees and provide services and information following the formal portion of the RAD. The highlight of the event was the talk by the guest speaker, COL Greg Jolissaint, Commander of the 18th Medical Command. A summary of COL Jolissaint's remarks are available here and can be accessed directly at http://www.rao-osan.com under 'Health Matters.'

The Retiree Appreciation Day activities continued with a barbeque at Transformation Park, which had 40+ retirees/dependents who attended this event. Cake and refreshments were available and the D's Angles Band performed live music til 1300 hours.
